Agile Coach Vs Scrum Master

Agile Coach and Scrum Master have different accountabilities. A Scrum Master coaches the team, while an Agile Coach coaches the whole organization. Don't assume that a Scrum Master can replace an Agile Coach during an Agile transformation.  High-performing Agile Coaches can train high-performing, agile Scrum Masters who can lead to high-performing Agile teams.
