We always have this thought in our mind , like what can we do to make ourselves better from what we are today , in order to feel good and sometimes Great !!! Here are few of my experiences and some activities which really gave me a change for the Betterment. 1. Detoxify your speech. I mean reduce the usage of cuss words. Always think before you speak, especially when you try to you harsh words on your loved ones !!! It's always better to Think before Leap !! rather than feeling worst after jumping into the junk :P Act better rather Reacting Worst !!! 2. Read Everyday. Doesn’t matter what. However try to do this and always choose whatever interests you. 3. Observe People. however don't get Jealous or compare yourself to them !!! Try to Imbibe their Good Habits. 4.
