!!! Self Assessment and Improvement !!! To be a Better US !!!


We always have this thought in our mind , like what can we do to make ourselves better from what we are today , in order to feel good and sometimes Great !!!

Here are few of my experiences and some activities which really gave me a change for the Betterment.

  1. Detoxify your speech. I mean reduce the usage of cuss words. Always think before you speak, especially when you try to you harsh words on your loved ones !!! It's always better to Think before Leap !! rather than feeling worst after jumping into the junk :P Act better rather Reacting Worst !!!

  2. Read Everyday. Doesn’t matter what. However try to do this and always choose whatever interests you.

  3. Observe People. however don't get Jealous or compare yourself to them !!! Try to Imbibe their Good Habits.

  4. Take a pledge to never talk rudely to your parents. They never deserve it.These people are living just for you and they are the real angels. There can be Worst Man or Woman , however never a Worst Mother or Father !!! Please be with them when they really want you !!! Sometimes, tough you are far away, you can still make them feel that you are always there for them and care for them !!! this is Important. Please take care.

  5. No Ego , No Envy , No Jealousy  Just Learn, Improve , Smile , Help and Spread positivity !!!

  6. Never be afraid to clarify your doubts. “He who asks a question remains fool for 5 minutes. He who does not ask remains a fool forever”. It is always good to understand things by asking queries rather than living in Doubts !!!

  7. Never ever complain about the things you have or you don't have. Just enjoy things you have and be content & happy !!! “I cried as I had no shoes, until I saw a man who had no feet”. Better be thankful for what you have rather than complaining what you don't have.

  8. Work Smarter !!! Plan, Act , React !!! Work harder sometimes to complete and enjoy your time!!! 

  9. Practice drinking 3 liters of water everyday. This will keep us hydrated and refreshing !! Also, this reduces the intake of some junk or unwanted stuffs !!! Turning our life to be healthy and productive!!!

 10. Wake up Early. Sleep Early !!! This will really help to save time, energy and life !!! 

 11. Plan your day. Make a to do list in the morning. At home or at work !! Implement this , inorder to make sure , we are not missing the required and not spending more time for unwanted things or people :P 

 12. Cook for yourself or family !!! Try to eat with them at least together meal a day. Eat home cooked meals and try to spread this among your friends !!!

 13. Follow traffic rules. Do not break them unnecessarily. Start Early and plan things in order you are on time for appointments ir meetings!! Do not break the queue. Offer your seat to somebody who needs more than you.

 14. Take time for Yourself !!! Talk to yourself. Meditate. Speak to God !!! Thank him for all that you have got and enjoy the pleasures.

 15. Try to spread positivity !!! if not try to Stay away from people who give you negative vibes. Make sure , you are always good and in positivity is always around you !!!

 16. Stop comparing yourself with others. Start competing with yourself. Your Mind and Body is a wonderful Temple. Don’t litter it with junk thoughts or People !! Stay Positive!!! Count your blessings and not your curses !!! There is a difference.

If you try to do at least few of these it is really awesome and these will take care of your health !!!!

These will help you improve oneself and will give us a better US !!! Keep enjoying and Keep smiling!!!

❤️ A Heartful 2-Day Trek with Strangers Turned Friends – Senji & Parvadhamalai Adventure 🏞️

What started as a casual weekend trek turned out to be a heartwarming, unforgettable journey that rekindled our college vibes and created beautiful bonds with strangers who soon became friends for life.
