We all love to be Active and Happy !!! It all starts within ourselves to make this change happen. First and foremost is training our brain towards Activities which will increase its power and helps us to be stable. I found out few ways by which , I feel refreshed or change my mood immediately from any current situation. Hope this will help you as well , if you try these. Sport or Exercises !!! What not when you sweat you real feel that few Bad things are going out of you body and your mind will realise it in an awesome way , since it gets more Oxygen in this process. You can either choose a "Sport" or some "Exercise" to keep you fit and your Brain active. I choose Badminton and Cycling !!! Wow , no words and no wonders , these are called as awesome workouts.
