!!! Train Your Brain to be Simply Active !!!

We all love to be Active and Happy !!! It all starts within ourselves to make this change happen. First and foremost is training our brain towards Activities which will increase its power and helps us to be stable.

I found out few ways by which , I feel refreshed or change my mood immediately from any current situation. Hope this will help you as well , if you try these.

Sport or Exercises !!!

         What not when you sweat you real feel that few Bad things are going out of you body and your mind will realise it in an awesome way , since it gets more Oxygen in this process.
         You can either choose a "Sport" or some "Exercise" to keep you fit and your Brain active. I choose Badminton and Cycling !!! Wow , no words and no wonders , these are called as awesome workouts. The more I sweat , the more energy and power I got , both Mentally and physically. Your Brain is active when it has to be active :) 

Reading or Studying !!!



        To improve our concentration, we can try reading or Studying !!! This really works . When I used to feel tensed or hyper, I try to get my favourite novel or book and start reading. It makes me to forget everything and just enjoy the book .
That's really an awesome feeling !!! Both your Brain and Heart gets refreshed. On top, our Brains will be active :)

Listen or play Music !!!

        Music , wow, it's the Best medicine for anything and everything in this world. It has no language , however it heals anything which is out of control !!! at least it gives the power to handle few things or change that situation into good or relaxed :) this all leads to Active Brain :)
         One of my favorite hobby is "get onto my Bike and Play my wonderful songs" , enjoy the ride!!!

Studying Different languages !!!
     
        Try learning different languages , this helps your brain to be active !!! Also , it's fun to compare and learn new words !!! We also come to know that there are many similarities in most languages :) Keep Learning


Play Outdoor games with "Family" and reduce usage of  Video games !!


         "Family" it's the lovely gift we all have got . Try to spend time with your family at least 30 mins a day !!! Play outdoors or take a walk or just sit in the lawn or just have a coffee outdoors. This helps our brains to understand which are all improtant and who are those who really care for us.
         "Family" is always the one we can trust and relax , since how much ever we fight  have disputes or discomforts , end of the day "We are One" !!!! Keep enjoying and being a "FAMILY" !!!!

Prayers or Meditation !!!

           'Thank You God" for everything !!! Wowww , watta lovely phrase  !!! It's also an awesome feeling, when you try to "Thank God" for anything and everything , then you are the most happiest person in this world :)
            I always Thank god and do my daily prayers to keep me active and my day to go on :) With his help I do anything and everything :) To keep our Brain and Heart active , we can do prayers or Meditate , these are awesome to lead a wonderful healthy Life :)
