Simple calculation to know the ltr of water require is :
Convert your weight in pounds (1kg=2.2 pounds)
For eg if it's 65kg then convert it's in pounds.
65kg=143 pounds.
Now multiply it's with 2/3
(143×2/3=95.3 ounce of water is required per day.)
Since 1ounce = 29.57ml
Therefore 95.3ounce=2818.02ml=2.8 ltr
So it will be around 2.8ltrs of water per day.
Since it will varies from person to person you can check how much water is needed by your body to avoid dehydration and other chronic disease.
And by adding methods of intake it will improve the migraine and diabetes and weight and other problems too. Try this and do read articles related with water therapy.
Best way for consuming the exact calculated amount of water is to divide the consumption of water in regular intervals.
For eg: if 3ltr of water is to be cosumed just do simple maths:
3000ml÷300ml=10times/10 glasses which can be consumed in regular interval i.e after every 45 mins have atleast 300ml of water or which ever is your count. Incuding your regular meal. But before every meal do have a glass of water to suppress the intake of food which u will consume.
