!!! Few tips to overcome fumbling or stress during an interview!!!!

Plan Ahead ::::

Preparing yourself for an interview will go a long way in helping you get the job. Think through various different and difficult scenarios and prepare possible responses. The chances of you being tongue-tied will diminish considerably. If you don't know a particular answer - be straightforward and admit it instead of fumbling.

Use Relaxation Techniques ::::

Sometimes the best way to calm yourself down is with the help of relaxation techniques. Simple things like slow deep breathing can instantly get your nerves to settle down. One could also try the 'superman pose', in which you stand in front of your mirror and copy a superman - or for that matter wonder woman - like the pose, which studies say actually impacts behaviour and helps boost confidence.

Sleep Well ::::

All adult individuals require about 6-8 hours of proper sleep, as sleep is vital for the mind to be able to perform properly. Lack of sleep can cause a number of problems and may affect our ability to function throughout the day. Showing up fatigued and tired at an interview.

Be Early ::::

A lot of the times the stress that accompanies us during the process of job interviews comes from the prospect of being late. This might sound like an obvious tip, but knowing where you're going and planning out exactly what time you'll be leaving to get to your destination early will be immensely beneficial to you in the long run, and will impress the person conducting the interview as well.

Visually and Think Positive ::::

Visualize a positive scenario in which you are calm, confident, and completely in control. In this scenario, you're answering all questions without any shaky hesitance and impressing the interviewer with your personality. Being positive can do wonders in successfully getting through an interview. Remember to smile as smiling releases endorphins, which help convince your brain that you're happy, content, and ready for the future.

Dress formally, be confident and poised - 'feel' good, 'look' good, 'think good and you will 'do' good!!!!

Keep Rocking and Enjoying Folks !!!

Embracing Evening Serenity: A Peaceful Stroll / Walk

A Tranquil Evening Walk As the sun begins to set, I step out for my evening walk, the air cool and inviting. The park is alive with the simple joys of life: children laughing as they play, dogs running freely with boundless energy, and birds singing their evening songs. Walking along the path, I greet familiar faces and exchange friendly waves with neighbors. Each step feels like a gentle unwinding of the day’s stresses, a soothing balm for the soul. Reconnecting with Nature and Friends The park is a vibrant tapestry of life. I meet a few friends along the way, and we share light-hearted conversations and laughter, the kind that refreshes the spirit. We pause to watch the playful antics of the dogs and the unfiltered joy of kids as they chase after each other. These simple, everyday scenes remind me of the beauty in life's small moments, often overlooked but deeply enriching. A Serene Visit to the Temple My walk leads me to the local temple, a place of serene calm amidst the busyne...

A sense of anticipation filled the air as we eagerly awaited the divine darshan of Ahobila Narasimha and Lakshmi at the Lakshmi Narasimha Temple, one of the 108 revered Divya Desams where Lord Vishnu's divine presence is felt.  According to legend, Godess Maha Lakshmi was angry at Bhagavan Narasimha Swamy as he had married Chenchu Lakshmi. So, Bhagavan Narasimha pleased Godess Mahalakshmi on the hills of Vedadri. Sri Malola Narasimha Swamy is the Aradhya Daiva of Sri Ahobila Matha.  Then, we embarked on a challenging yet rewarding trek to Upper Ahobilam.  Here's a glimpse into the divine encounters:   Malola Na...
