As innocent as a Coconut

Coconut is very good for health !!!!

After reading the previous line, most of you might come to this conclusion, "She is insane. How come a cholesterol-causing food can be healthy?!"  Well, if you think that I am insane and if I agree to that, then I will definitely consider including coconut in my diet to gain some intelligence :)  But I already include it in my diet, which means, I am not insane?! ;) I don't want to confuse you anymore. All I wanted to convey is, coconut is not bad as it was/is told by our physicians. There are a lot of things I would like to share about coconut, may be in my future article. For now, I want you to read the book "Alzheimer's Disease: What If There Was A Cure" by Dr.Mary T.Newport M.D. https://www.amazon.com/Alzheimers-Disease-There-Story-Ketones/dp/1591203198/ref=dp_ob_title_bk

This book is also available in some libraries.

In the book, the author explains how coconut oil helped her to treat her husband who suffered from Alzheimer's Disease. If you have a family member or know someone who is suffering from Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Dementia, Autism or any neuro-degenerative disorders, please read this book to get a clear picture of how coconut can help them. The reason for recommending this book is to understand the healing power of coconut oil and the truth about cholesterol, with research studies.
From Ayurvedic perspective, Coconut is also a divine fruit. If used properly with appropriate spices, it does wonders without any side-effects. I will talk more about how to and when to use coconut, in my future article. Meanwhile, please try to read this book and share this information with anyone who is suffering from neuro-degenerative disorders. Of-course, anyone can read to know its benefits to prevent future diseases.
Look at the shape of a coconut. Wow! It resembles human head with some hair outside, grey matter, white matter and some water inside. When a walnut, which has the shape of the human brain, is good for the brain, why can't a coconut be?!

Embracing Evening Serenity: A Peaceful Stroll / Walk

A Tranquil Evening Walk As the sun begins to set, I step out for my evening walk, the air cool and inviting. The park is alive with the simple joys of life: children laughing as they play, dogs running freely with boundless energy, and birds singing their evening songs. Walking along the path, I greet familiar faces and exchange friendly waves with neighbors. Each step feels like a gentle unwinding of the day’s stresses, a soothing balm for the soul. Reconnecting with Nature and Friends The park is a vibrant tapestry of life. I meet a few friends along the way, and we share light-hearted conversations and laughter, the kind that refreshes the spirit. We pause to watch the playful antics of the dogs and the unfiltered joy of kids as they chase after each other. These simple, everyday scenes remind me of the beauty in life's small moments, often overlooked but deeply enriching. A Serene Visit to the Temple My walk leads me to the local temple, a place of serene calm amidst the busyne...

!!! A Divine Journey to Ahobilam: The Abode of Nava Narasimhas !!!

Introduction My recent pilgrimage to Ahobilam, the sacred abode of Nava Narasimhas, was an unforgettable experience.  Filled with devotion and a deep sense of spirituality, we embarked on this journey with love and blessings for Lord Narasimha.  Ahobilam Yatra Day 1: A Trek Through Divinity As dawn broke at 6 AM, we set off from our guesthouse. A sense of anticipation filled the air as we eagerly awaited the divine darshan of Ahobila Narasimha and Lakshmi at the Lakshmi Narasimha Temple, one of the 108 revered Divya Desams where Lord Vishnu's divine presence is felt.  According to legend, Godess Maha Lakshmi was angry at Bhagavan Narasimha Swamy as he had married Chenchu Lakshmi. So, Bhagavan Narasimha pleased Godess Mahalakshmi on the hills of Vedadri. Sri Malola Narasimha Swamy is the Aradhya Daiva of Sri Ahobila Matha.  Then, we embarked on a challenging yet rewarding trek to Upper Ahobilam.  Here's a glimpse into the divine encounters:   Malola Na...
