Papaya to treat Inflammatory disorders

I would like to share some amazing benefits of Papaya. Inflammation is considered as a major cause of several diseases including Cancer, Depression, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Asthma, Alzheimer etc. Oxidized cholesterol forms plaque in the arteries that could lead to a heart attack. Papaya's anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties helps in lowering inflammation, improving wound healing, prevents oxidation of cholesterol build-up in arteries and premature ageing.
Poor gut health leads of all type of diseases. Papayas are high in digestive enzymes. They help in supporting your Paachaka Agni - the digestive fire. The powerful enzymes "papain" and "chymopapain" in papaya helps digestion through breaking down undigested protein wastes and helps in eliminating parasites and their eggs. By this way it helps in cleaning your gut.  Papaya leaf tea is a well-known remedy to maintain a healthy platelet count. Papaya's beta-carotene helps our body to make Vitamin A and C which boosts immunity and prevents illness such as cold, flu and ear infections. The fruit also protects your eyes from age-related Macular Degeneration. Papayas are a good source of dietary fiber, magnesium, potassium, copper and Vitamin K. It also helps in clearing the infection of colon by clearing the pus and mucus from it. Papaya helps in regulating menstrual flow. Due to its anti-proliferative effect, it stops or slows down the growth of cancer cells.
Type I  diabetes is caused when the body is not producing enough insulin. Type II diabetes is caused when the body produces enough insulin but the cells are not able to absorb it. Whatever type of diabetes it might be, papaya leaves have a remedy for it. Papayas are high in Glycemic Index. But its leaves extract regulates the production of insulin and helps in maintaining a healthy blood glucose level. It also helps in preventing kidney damage, fatty liver and oxidative stress.
Researches are showing positive results on how Papaya leaves help in treating all kind of Viral fevers. There are pills made with papaya leaf extract available in the market to treat dengue. Why do we need pill when Papaya tree is widely available? If you own a Papaya tree, please share the fruit or leaves with others by telling its benefits. Let us help everyone to heal themselves naturally.
Unripe green papayas cooked with moong dhal makes a tasty and a healthy side-dish for Rice or Roti. Please avoid store-bought papaya juice, tutti-fruti(which has artificial colors), or any packaged foods containing Papaya. Try to eat the REAL fruit. This rule applies to all fruits and vegetables.

Embracing Evening Serenity: A Peaceful Stroll / Walk

A Tranquil Evening Walk As the sun begins to set, I step out for my evening walk, the air cool and inviting. The park is alive with the simple joys of life: children laughing as they play, dogs running freely with boundless energy, and birds singing their evening songs. Walking along the path, I greet familiar faces and exchange friendly waves with neighbors. Each step feels like a gentle unwinding of the day’s stresses, a soothing balm for the soul. Reconnecting with Nature and Friends The park is a vibrant tapestry of life. I meet a few friends along the way, and we share light-hearted conversations and laughter, the kind that refreshes the spirit. We pause to watch the playful antics of the dogs and the unfiltered joy of kids as they chase after each other. These simple, everyday scenes remind me of the beauty in life's small moments, often overlooked but deeply enriching.
