In past few articles, I have been sending various health related articles. My mission is to create awareness among people on how to keep ourselves healthy and to prevent diet/ lifestyle related diseases like Diabetes, Heart disease, Cancer etc. Ayurveda is a precious ancient science which has preserved a complete system of mind/body healing. It is our responsibility to protect and share this knowledge.  Ayurvedic science is a treasure that has to be passed on to our next generation.
