Don't worry about the past! Prepare for a better future! 💪🏽👍🤛🏼

It is very common to get scared after reading the truth about the current medical system and the dangers behind every food we eat. Most of us (including me) would have been on a bad diet in the past knowingly or unknowingly. Many people would have had some organ removal due to some illness (For ex. removal of appendix, tonsils, adenoids, gall bladder, etc). We never knew what was right or wrong and we always trusted our doctors. It is OUR responsibility to be careful about what is injected and ingested into our body. WE have to know why we got a disease and what is the reason behind it. Do not expect detailed explanation from the doctors. Again, it is our responsibility to know completely about our disease.

Okay, PAST IS PAST.

It is normal to feel guilty. But feeling guilty is not going to cure or prevent any problem. We cannot go back to the past like changing a time machine and correct all our mistakes. To be practical, we can only take steps to stay healthy hereafter. So, instead of feeling guilty or lamenting about the past, GET INTO ACTION. If you start a healthy living today, right from this moment, it will definitely help you in the future. Do not procrastinate. Do not expect quick results. Our body will need time to adapt the changes to heal itself. Be patient. Be confident. Trust your body. Sacrifice your tastebuds by understanding that it is for YOUR goodness. Expecting good health without doing necessary changes is not fair.

Change your diet & lifestyle for a better future. Stay healthy. Be an inspiration to others. Nothing is impossible. Kick away the laziness. Welcome the changes with a good smile. Bring happiness in you first and then to your family and to the whole world.

All the best to those who have recently started Ayurvedic way of living.
