Hey Gang , now it's time for few interview tips !! More than tips , it's like what not to do or what usually people don't like you doing in interviews. If there are some more, let me know, will check and add to my points :) Let's start !!!! Our major issue is that when we worry so much about making sure every little thing goes right !!! we always tend to miss few things that could go wrong. Never Be Late to the Interviews or any meetings !!!  Not just Interviews , however try to make sure that we are not late to any committed meetings, so that we don't lose our confidence or the opponent's opinion on us. Also, turning up late to an interview is never an option. It only leaves you looking unprofessional and unorganised. " However prioritizing , those is again an issue " , friends' grief continues. However , finally list is ready 😇😇😇😇 Friend Happy !!! So as G3 Happy !!! In this course of time, she really forgot all her issues at home and office. She had a bad start , right from home that day 😓😓😓  Fought with her better half  as their car broke down . When breakfast was prepared, cooking fuel was empty. She has to go to her son's School the next day , Son's Report was bad . In laws' doctor's appointment was pending for the day and finally due to her Appraisal discussion , she was upset with her manager and team at office. !!! Change in anything is Constant !!!  Change is the only constant thing that happens in many of our lives .  Believe in the fact that whatever happens in your life is always for a reason !!! Be it Good or Bad. For sure they will always make you a better individual !!! Also, you will either have a " lesson to learn" or a " memory to share" . Just think of the LIFE without CHANGE? Without change life will be Blank or Monotonous. It will become dull and Stagnant. Imagine if everything was same, man would still have been an Ape, living in jungles. Theory of Evolution is the biggest example of change for the Best. Let your life take a natural turns and twists. Be spontaneous !! Be Practical !! Be the Joy !! Spread the Fun and joy !! Be the magic you want in your life and in others' too. Be the change you want to see in the world. Accept the fact that things will not always be the way you want them to be. There will always be things beyond your control....

Born Human is a gift !!! Being Human is a Boon !!! We in our day to day life come across various people and incidents which will long last in our Mind and Heart. Both Good and Bad!!! It's all upto us to store the experiences and the lesson learnt from those. If something good happens, enjoy that at the moment and store the pleasant memory in heart. If something bad happens, don't get dejected immediately. Just learn from that incident and try not to do the same. However don't store those awful memories into your mind or heart !!! Our mind and heart are the wonderful places which needs lovely things to be stored  and they are not DustBins !!! Pl dont store hatred on People or things . It will ruin the happiness of the present and won't let you store good things for later use.  Also, it reduces our joyful upcoming moments with those people who really helped us to understand good and bad !!! பெரிய ஹாலில் செமினார் நடந்து கொண்டிருந்தது. அப்போது பேச்சாளர் எல்லார் கையிலும் ஒரு 🎈🎈 பலூனை கொடுத்து தங்கள் பெயரை எழுத சொன்னார். எல்லோரும் தங்கள் பெயரை 🎈பலூனில் எழுதி முடித்தவுடன் , அதை இன்னொரு அறையில் குவியலாக போட சொன்னார். இப்பொழுது அந்த பேச்சாளர்,  உங்கள் பெயர் எழுதிய பலூனை 🎈அந்த அறைக்குள் இருந்து எடுத்து வாருங்கள் என்று அறிவித்தார். உடனடியாக அனைவரும் விழுந்து அடித்து அந்த அறைக்குள் ஓடிச் சென்று ஒவ்வொரு 🎈பலூனாக எடுத்து தேடினர் .  ஒருவருக்கொருவர் நெக்கி தள்ளிக்கொண்டு கீழே விழுந்து தங்கள் பெயருக்குரிய 🎈பலூன் கிடைக்கிறதா என்று பரபரப்பாக தேடினர். 5 நிமிடம் கடந்த போதிலும்  ஒருவராலும் தங்களுக்குறிய பலூனை 🎈தேடி கண்டு பிடிக்க முடியவில்லை. இப்பொழுது அந்த பேச்சாளர் சொன்னார், ’ஒவ்வொருவரும் ஒரு பலூன் 🎈மட்டும் எடுங்கள், அந்த பலூனில் 🎈யார் பெயர் இருக்கிறதோ அதை அந்த பெயர் உடைய நபரிடம் கொடுங்கள்’ என்றார். அடுத்த ஒரே நிமடத்தில் தங்கள் பெயர் எழுதப்பட்ட 🎈பலூன் எல்லோருக்கும் கிடைத்துவிட்டது. இப்பொழுது அந்த பேச்சாளர் சொன்னார், ...
