Vipassana Prayers - sharing learnings

1. Be Aware Be Equanimous. 2. Do not develop Sankharas - Craving or Aversion (Na Rag Na Dvesh). 3. Everything is Impermanent...Changing (Anichcha). 4. Take things as it is. 5. Just observe dőnt REACT 6. No negativity. No defilement. Negativity will lead you away from Liberation. 7. Do Not try to control others. Just observe sensations arising due to Sankharas within the framework of your body only. Your body is under your control. 8. Subtle sensations is the craving Sankhara. Do not CLING to subtle sensations,  as the characteristic of the sensation is to change. It is impermanent. 9. Gross sensation is the Aversion Sankhara. Do not cling to Gross  sensation as the characteristic of the sensation is to change. Gross sensation is also impermanent. 10. Use Gross sensations as Tools to eradicate your old Sankharas of Aversion that were in stock from many previous births. 11.
