  My Navagraha Temple Yatra around Kumbakonam – A Day of Darshan, Peace & Gratitude Some journeys are planned. Some journeys are felt. ## **When the Evening Became Divine… 🛕✨** ### *A little rest, a lot of temples, and a heart full of gratitude* After a beautiful and temple-filled first half of the day, I finally decided to **pause**. By the time I finished lunch, my body was asking for a little rest. So I went back to my room, put my feet up and simply relaxed until around **4 PM**. No hurry. No plans running through my head. Just some quiet **“me time.”** ❤️ And then, at 4 PM … I was ready again. **The second half of my divine journey began.** 🌸 --- ## 🙏 A Darshan That Felt Like Coming Home – Uppiliappan I started the evening by going back to **Uppiliappan Temple**. Sometimes, visiting a temple once doesn't feel enough. They are about **how peaceful your heart feels when you return.** ❤️🙏 My Day 1 in and around **Kumbakonam** was exactly that — a beautiful blend of **divine darshans, peaceful temple towns, a lovely car journey, delicious food and those little moments of happiness along the way.** ### 🛕 The journey began with Uppiliappan My first beautiful darshan was at **Arulmigu Sri Oppiliappan Temple**, near Thirunageswaram. Standing before **Sri Uppiliappan Perumal**, I felt that familiar sense of calm that comes only when we leave everything behind for a while and simply surrender. Uppiliappan is traditionally known as the Lord to whom **salt is not offered**, and the temple is one of the important Vaishnava pilgrimage centres around Kumbakonam.  **One darshan. One prayer.
