1. Cardamom Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup butter softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Mix butter and sugar, then add flour, baking soda, salt, and cardamom. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.
2. Coconut Macaroons with Cardamom
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk r full cream sweet
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Mix coconut, condensed milk, salt, and cardamom. Shape into balls and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 15-20 minutes.
3. Indian Shortbread Cookies
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup besan (gram flour)
- ¼ cup ghee or vegan alternative
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- Chopped nuts or cardamom seeds for garnish
Mix flour, besan, ghee, powdered sugar, and cardamom. Shape into balls and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 20-25 minutes.
4. Jaggery Oatmeal Cookies
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup jaggery powder
- ½ cup coconut oil or vegan alternative
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Mix oats, flour, jaggery powder, coconut oil, baking soda, and salt. Fold in nuts if using. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.
5. Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Mix peanut butter and sugar, then add flour, salt, and baking soda. Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.
6. Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup oil or butter
Mix oats, sugar, flour, salt, and baking soda. Add raisins and oil or butter. Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.
7. Chocolate Chip Cookies (Egg-Free)
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

9. Gingerbread Cookies
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil or butter
Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, sugar, and oil or butter. Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes
10. If u don't like any faluvours or fruits or chocolates ,u can just Mix the flour , milk, banana , nuts and make regular banana bread, to overcom3 banana smell u can add vanilla essence or coffee powder or cinnamon or cardamom
