If pressure in a team increases it automatically decreases the work flow & production. So to maintain or increase the work flow, there are 5 little ways as follows. These may be simple however, it gives us the way to get things done in a great manner with huge profit. Having clearly defined roles. Being empowered by their leaders to do what they do best without interference.
