“Sometimes the best friendships begin with a shared journey.” 🌅  Early Morning, New Beginnings We started our day early —  5:30 AM  — from different places in and around  Chennai . Fifty-three people. All strangers. One destination. One adventure. We boarded an  awesome DJ music bus , and from that moment, the vibe was set. ✈️ Arrival and First Impressions Touchdown at Port Blair — the gateway to paradise! With excitement bubbling, our Andaman adventure began the moment we checked into our cozy homestay(Continental Homestay Haddo).   🌅 Andaman Travel Diaries — Day 1 & 2 (Port Blair Exploration) Day 1: Exploring Port Blair’s Heritage and Nature Our Andaman adventure began with a warm check-in to our cozy homestay, followed by a hearty breakfast served by our friendly host. With a rented bike, we set off to discover the island’s charm. Our first stop was the Samudrika Marine Museum, where we got fascinating insights into the Indian Navy, Army, and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands’ rich history and marine life. 1. Cardamom Chocolate Chip Cookies - 1 cup butter softened - ¾ cup sugar - 1¼ cups all-purpose flour - ½ teaspoon baking soda - ¼ teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon ground cardamom - ½ cup chocolate chips Mix butter and sugar, then add flour, baking soda, salt, and cardamom. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes. 2. Coconut Macaroons with Cardamom - 1 cup desiccated coconut - ½ cup sweetened condensed milk r full cream sweet  - ¼ teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon ground cardamom - ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional) Mix coconut, condensed milk, salt, and cardamom. Shape into balls and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 15-20 minutes. 3. Indian Shortbread Cookies - 1 cup all-purpose flour - ½ cup besan (gram flour) - ¼ cup ghee or vegan alternative - ¼ cup powdered sugar - ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder - Chopped nuts or cardamom seeds for garnish Mix flour, besan, ghee, powdered sugar, and cardamom. Ingredients - 400g whole grain flour (mix of wheat, rye, and barley) or there u might get it as all purpose flour da  - 100g seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, till(white r black) ,crushed walnuts, crished peanuts and flax) - 1 teaspoon salt - 1 tablespoon sugar - 1 packet instant yeast (7g) - 350ml warm water or low fat milk  - 2 tablespoons any veggie or cooking oil - Optional: Indian spices like cumin, coriander, or garam masala Instructions 1. Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine whole grain flour, seeds, salt, sugar, and yeast. 2. Prepare Wet Ingredients: Mix warm water and oil. 3. Create Dough: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and knead r mix well for 10 minutes. 4. First Rise: Let the dough rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
